🏷️

Add discount and VAT (optional)

Scroll down in the invoice form to see Discount % and VAT % fields. The total updates automatically as you type.

Click the ⋯ menu on any invoice → choose Download PDF to save it, or Send via WhatsApp to share the link directly with your customer.

💡 The invoice link works on any phone — your customer can view and print it without an account

Mark as paid

When a customer pays, click the pending badge on the invoice to toggle it to paid. Or open the invoice → click Edit Invoice → change status to paid.

Invoice statuses explained:
🟡 Pending — invoice sent, payment not received yet
🔴 Overdue — due date passed without payment
🟢 Paid — payment received and confirmed

4

🛒

Record a sale

Go to Sales → click + Record Sale → enter customer name, product, quantity, amount, and how payment was made (Cash / Transfer / POS).

📄

Download reports

Scroll to the bottom of the Sales page → click Download Monthly Report or Download Annual Report to get a PDF of all your sales.

Note: When you mark an invoice as paid, it automatically creates a matching sale record. You don't need to record it twice.

5

Managing Customers

Recsal builds your customer database automatically every time you create an invoice or record a sale.

👤

Add a customer manually

Go to Customers → click + Add Customer → enter their name, phone number, and location.

The WhatsApp bot isn't responding — what do I do?
First, make sure you've sent "join last-thumb" to the bot number (+1 415 523 8886). This needs to be done every 72 hours. Second, check that the WhatsApp number in Settings → Business matches the number you're messaging from exactly.

How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to Settings → Security → scroll to Danger Zone → Cancel Subscription. Your access continues until the end of the billing period. We don't offer refunds for partial months.
